Lela Nichols was fantastic. Her experience and knowledge of the DFW Metroplex allowed me to focus my search into areas that interested me and gave me the neighborhood and area information I desired. The properties she provided gave me a great picture of what was available. Then her contractual skills delivered an accepted contract on the first try in a multiple offer market. I would highly recommend Lela Nichols to anyone relocating to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.- Dennis H.
Lela is amazing! She went out of her way many times to accommodate us, and remained positive and patient through it all. She's such a genuine person with a beautiful heart! You're Appreciated.- Tony M.
My wife and I are both professionals, her a nurse, and I'm a pilot. Recently we realized our dream of building our own home on some land we acquired 45 miles SW of Fort Worth. We engaged Lela Nichols to sell our house in Arlington. From the beginning, Lela set out to put our house out on the market to a targeted group of relocators from outside the DFW area. Her marketing strategies were effective and soon we began to see results in the form of multiple showings. Lela was our second listing agent after a disappointment with another Realtor that wasted the prime selling season from May to August. Lela listed ours starting in August. We had our first serious offer in the last week of September. The real challenge came after the sale and the buyer's agent began to try to change the agreement. Lela and I saw eye to eye on most all the issues that arose, and she guarded our interests like a mother bear guarding her cubs. The result was a deal closed and an extra $500 was put on the table by the buyer for the time and trouble they caused. I highly recommend Mrs. Lela Nichols to anyone who is looking to either buy or sell in this now volatile market. Her knowledge and professionalism proved invaluable during the listing and subsequent contract negotiation. She is a credit to the Realtors' profession.- R. Brad D.
